Plantworld is an award-winning, long-established company, founded in 1945, selling a wide variety of seed and plant products including perennials, vegetables, hedging, climbers and flowers.
More recently they have expanded their range to include gifts, gardening tools, gadgets, pet items and many other products.
Customers are recruited through the national press and popular gardening magazines, such as BBC Gardeners' World and via its website: www.giftedgardener.co.uk.
The list is made up entirely of buyers most using credit cards and with an average order value of £30. The file is fairly evenly split between males and females and customers tend to be aged 40+.
Plantworld mails their list at least twice a year keeping it clean and up-to-date and it should be considered for a wide range of mail order offers, including financial products, book clubs, clothing, collectibles and charities.
