Home Service Mail Order customers purchase a variety of products from off-the-page advertising in the national press and general consumer magazines.
These include the Telegraph, Sunday Mirror, Sunday People, Sky customer magazine, Mail on Sunday, News of the World, Daily Express and What’s On TV and other suitable large circulation publications.
Advertising runs on a continual basis offering quality and innovative products that include compact reading glasses, electronic games, dictionaries and spell checkers, exercise equipment and slimming products, household and gardening items, bird tables and feeders, luggage sets, DIY items, watches, clothing and accessories.
All purchases are on a cash with order basis with approximately 50% by credit/charge card and about 30% of the file being multi-buyers. Profiles vary by product, however, analysis shows that 70% are females, aged 40 plus and mainly homeowners.
Over the years the list has proved popular for a variety of advertisers including fashion catalogue companies, charities, financial and insurance providers and general mail order operators.
There are very few competitive restrictions on the use of this data.
