Prices range from £99 to over £300 and allows people to own a high quality watch or accessory, previously only available to the gentry, at a lower price than many competitors. Recruited via their catalogue, the internet, inserts and off the page advertisements, customers are predominantly females aged 35 plus. Three quarters of customers have a household income of £35k plus and there is a high level of credit card usage.
