Personal Choice (incorporating Artistic Greetings) mail their A5, 64 page catalogue to over 1,000,000 proven mail order buyers. Personal Choice offer a range of over 300 products including a wide choice of personalised goods, as well as household, garden, leisure and health products. Approximately 20% of the merchandise is personalised and nearly 50% of the overall catalogue merchandise is unique to Personal Choice.

Customers have been recruited through traditional direct marketing methods including off-the-page advertising in a wide variety of media, inserts, door-to-door distributions, and more recently direct mail. Non-competing third party inserts can now be carried in the various catalogues mailed throughout the year.

Customers are particularly responsive to mail order, 70% have an income of £14K plus. 85% are homeowners. Interests include computers, books, competitions, travel and DIY.
